The story of Phenix-ICT is closely linked to that of its founder, Michael. Over twenty years ago, while working in a completely different field, Michael felt the need to bring new meaning to his career. Having always been passionate about IT, he decided to take control of his future and fully dedicate himself to what truly drives him: technology and information systems.
Over the years, while working as a system engineer for various IT service companies, Michael developed the ambition to create his own IT services company—one that would be accessible to everyone. His passion for working with clients and finding tailored IT solutions grew stronger over time. It was in 2022, following a major incident, that this vision became a reality: Phenix-ICT was born.
After completing several specialized training programs, Michael began his career as a Network Technician. Over the years, he expanded his expertise by working with large organizations, often as an external consultant. This experience allowed him to contribute to numerous IT projects and develop deep expertise in infrastructure management, networking, and cybersecurity. He gradually progressed into roles as a technical architect and network expert.
Throughout his career, Michael observed a recurring challenge: many companies—and individuals—lack the knowledge, tools, or guidance needed to properly secure their IT systems or implement infrastructure suited to their needs.
This realization led him to create Phenix-ICT, with the ambition of making IT expertise more accessible and providing reliable, clear, and personalized support.
Today, Phenix-ICT offers a wide range of services for both businesses (B2B) and individuals (B2C). These include IT consulting, infrastructure audits, system management and maintenance, technical support, and user assistance.
Phenix-ICT also develops dedicated cybersecurity services, including tailored advice, security audits, awareness initiatives, and educational workshops designed to help clients better understand digital risks and adopt best practices to protect themselves.

Michael Militoni, founder of Phenix-ICT, is the driving force behind the company’s vision and development. With over 25 years of experience and a deep passion for IT and technology, he leverages his expertise to support clients in managing, optimizing, and securing their IT infrastructures. He advises clients on technological decisions, oversees projects, and ensures the implementation of efficient and tailored solutions for each organization.
Aline Siraut, accounting and administrative assistant, plays a key role in the organization and smooth day-to-day operations of the company. She manages administrative processes, oversees accounting follow-up, and coordinates essential operational tasks. Through her precision and organizational skills, she ensures efficient internal management and maintains clear and professional communication with clients and partners.
Sandrine Tezzo, communication manager, is responsible for Phenix-ICT’s online presence and digital communication. She manages social media channels, strengthens the company’s visibility, and creates content aimed at informing, raising awareness, and engaging the community. Her work helps highlight Phenix-ICT’s expertise, strengthen client relationships, and promote the company’s services.
